Hello! I’m Madeline. Thank you so much for checking out my website. Here you will find articles I’ve written for various publications over the years and some original blog posts. My intention for my blog posts is to give advice to other writers who are studying journalism, public relations, or a similar field by sharing personal experiences surrounding what I wish I had known during my undergraduate years that would have helped me with my writing.
Writing does not need to be strenuous or scary, but it does require lots of hard work and stepping outside your comfort zone. There’s much more that goes into writing than slapping words on a page and earning a grade. When done right, writing can turn into a therapeutic outlet for you to concisely voice your opinions and a supplemental source of income through freelancing. What college student wouldn’t want a little extra cash while simultaneously buffing up their resume?
