Morgan James is a junior at Belmont University studying public relations and also pursuing a double minor in marketing and design communications. A native of Franklin, Tennessee, she came to Belmont in 2016 as an undeclared major. She declared her major and minors in spring 2017. “I was interested in communications and a lot of different things,” said James. “I chose my programs because they are very versatile. I would have a lot of different options in those fields.”
In May 2018, James studied abroad through Belmont to the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria and Poland. On her travels, she studied writing and religion. She is involved her in sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta, Tower Creative Communications and the Belmont chapter of PRSSA. Currently, she is looking for internships in the public relations field and plans to find work in Nashville after graduation.
